Aircraft Radio Communications

The Aircraft Radio Communication system used to command and control the aircraft through very high frequency radio receivers. Aviation uses a special communication system called air band or VHF (very high frequency), which aids radio navigation of the flights. Icom specialises in varied types of communication systems and they have a rich portfolio of high frequency receivers, handheld devices and long range transceivers. The communication between the control tower and the pilot is very important and even the slightest of mistakes or miscommunication will risk the life of the passengers and the crew on board. Thus, the need for an effective communication device with transceivers of high quality is very important. Well, branded and highly proficient professional communication systems are manufactured and distributed by Icom and it is a trusted brand all over the world in the aviation industry.

The varied and diverse portfolio of Icom stands proof of its professionalism in aircraft radio communication systems. Icom understands the need and takes up the responsibility to protect everyone involved by providing high quality and fool-proof VHF systems. Aircraft radio communication systems made by Icom are easy to operate and versatile. The noise reduction technology used helps to keep the noise of communication to a bare minimum. The signal is very strong and no building tower or mountain can weaken the signal of icon communication system receivers. The communication system also depends upon the type of aircraft, and the usage of the device at large. It has to be fool proof and it should be custom made for aviation purpose.

Icom aircraft radio communication system has addressed all the necessary requirements for high quality long range communication and hence it is considered to be the best in the industry. Updated technology, secured communication, easy handling, fast and high speed data transmission, etc are some of the features which are needed for an effective aircraft radio communication system. Icom always designs products with these features and constantly involve in research and development to improve the performance of the products. Aircraft radio communications are mission-critical applications and when you talk about such applications, precision and quality are of utmost importance. Icom has a dedicated testing centre where each and every product is tested for highest quality and precision. Icom understand the need of the hour and we help in providing the best possible products for all kind of aircraft radio communication needs.

Aircraft Examination Services

In a jammed city or a concrete jungle city, parking problem exist not only for vehicle drivers in the city but also to major airlines companies. Due to lesser space, parking becomes a big problem. The aircraft storage and parking is highly expensive. These expenses are huge add-ons on list of expenditure for airlines companies. The duration to park the aircraft at lesser rates on long or short term basis totally depends on airlines companies and their necessity. Many aircraft operators require storing aircraft for more than one reason like: seasonal and climatic fluctuation or specific market condition or leasing contract termination. The aircraft parking is permitted for a limited period of time as per the documented communication. The airline companies need to have a written permission that they can park their aircraft for specific period of time specifically allocated for aircraft parking.

The aircraft storage and aircraft parking is a concern of EASA Part-145 AMO that takes care of parking the airbus at all geographic locations. The inspection of aircraft is a big challenge for EASA Part-145 AMO. Apart from aircraft parking; it also takes charge of aircraft maintenance. Aircraft like other machines need to undergo regular maintenance procedure in order to keep the aircraft functional. The cost of the aircraft maintenance is expensive though. Poor maintenance can lead to heavy risk and huge uncertainty. However, aircraft maintenance is quite a large course of an action; one should adhere to it and undertake it at regular intervals. Aircraft maintenance is not a rocket science. There just few procedures and hierarchy that repairs team has to follow. As per the norm, after every flight, the aircraft have to undergo an examination by the engineers of aircraft maintenance squad. Inspection and audit of engines follows a specific schedule. Work such as replacing tires, inspection plates, checking cylinder compression and washing windows, this all falls under aircraft maintenance.

Aircraft Dispose team undertakes the decomposing of airbus. Most of the parts are burned while some aircraft parts are thrown at trash area. The aircraft is assembled in one area. Parts such as airframes and engine modular are recycled. It’s mandatory to dispose the hazardous materials that are harmful for health and to also relocate some parts. EASA Part-145 AMO is located in most part of the world which includes all the top airlines companies that deals with aircrafts maintenance disposal, storage and parking. EASA Part-145 AMO also provides service certification for parts and machinery that is removed from the aircraft subject to the severe criteria. It’s means once done with aircraft disposal, then the parts that can be recycled or used for any other purpose should taken out and outsourced to other companies and then finally have the aircraft disposed completely.

How to Clean a Private Aircraft Interior

A private aircraft interior has hundreds of thousands of dollars invested into it, and therefore it is incredibly important that if you have a private aircraft, or aircraft of any sort that you make sure to have it cleaned properly. If you cannot do it yourself for whatever reason, this means that you must get it done professionally, which is in fact the far preferred way in this case.

There are certain parts of a private aircraft interior that should be cleaned daily. This includes the carpeting, as you should check the carpet and upholstery for any types of substances that may be harder to get off if left on longer; ashtrays, as you should remove the ashtray liners and then empty the contents into the trash container; as for any drop-down tables, in this case you should clean all of the tables using an approved private aircraft interior cleaner and then rinse off before setting back in position.

As for seat belts, you should wipe all seat belts with a cloth that is dampened with an approved cleaner and then place the belts with buckle and tab crossed on the passenger seat. As well, all windows and armrests and other areas should be wiped clean. In regards to the galley areas, the trash should be removed, countertops should all be wiped with a cloth and with a disinfectant, all microwaves and coffee makers should be rinsed and disinfected and left open to allow to dry, all floors should be properly mopped, all trash containers should be wiped out and disinfected, as well all carpets should be vacuumed and steam cleaned if necessary.

As for items that can be cleaned periodically as opposed to daily, this includes such things as: blankets, storage bins, window blinds, ceilings, and windows. However, if you are not interested in doing any of this yourself, there is always the option of hiring a professional to come in and do it for you, although you obviously will be paying more in regards for their labor.
